Collaboration with World Wide Swim School benefits swim teachers
Royal Life Saving WA and World Wide Swim School recently partnered to deliver a free professional development webinar for swim teachers across Western Australia.
Led by renowned swimming educator, coach and Kids Alive founder Laurie Lawrence, and experienced swim instructor Wendy Beutel, the session focused on neurodiversity in swimming lessons, equipping instructors with practical strategies to support every learner in the water.
More than 100 swim teachers participated in the online event, which provided valuable insights into understanding different learning styles and implementing inclusive teaching techniques.
