“I have spent my whole life swimming since I was tiny, and it is something I feel quite confident doing. I thought I knew most things, but I’ve found out I didn’t know them at all – CPR, how to use a defibrillator, how to get someone out of the bottom of the pool. AquaSkills 55+ has been really informative and I’d love to do it again.”

“Growing up in the UK, I never really learnt to swim or knew much about water safety. AquaSkills 55+ has given me a great amount of confidence. I’ve learnt how to jump into the water, which was my biggest fear. I thought it was a good idea to be aware of the water and safety, it’s never too late to try.”
