CONVERSION CHART
Swim and Survive Partners may continue to run with the old curriculum until the 30th September 2021. From the 1st October, all Partners must be operating the new curriculum. From this date onwards support resources (certificates, teaching materials, marketing assets etc.) for the old program will no longer be available and is deemed to be obsolete.
The Conversion Chart will assist Swim and Survive Partners to transition to the new levels and curriculum. The chart identifies the equivalent levels from the old to new program so you can transition your students into the correct levels, update digital records and communicate the changes easily to your staff, parents and carers and wider community groups such as schools.
