Multicultural Youth Swim and Survive swimming lessons are an introduction to swimming for multicultural children. These classes allow children to practice and develop their swimming skills before participating in swimming lessons at school.

When do the Multicultural Youth programs run?
Our Multicultural Swim and Survive programs for children are held during school terms, with after school or weekend lessons available depending on location.
How long are the lessons and program?
Classes run for half an hour, once a week for eight weeks.
Where are lessons held?
The Multicultural Children's Swim and Survive program runs at various locations across Perth and WA including:
- Leisurepark Balga
- Swan Active Ballajura
- Cannington Leisureplex
- Geraldton Aquarena
- Goldfields Oasis Kalgoorlie
- Mandurah Aquatic and Recreation Centre
- South Hedland Aquatic Centre

What is the cost for the lessons?
It costs $30 for the 8 week term. You do not need to pay for pool entry, just let reception know you are there for the Multicultural Swim and Survive Lessons. Please note there are no refunds if you are no longer able to attend.
How do I register for the Multicultural Children's Swim and Survive classes?
Registrations must be completed online here.
What if we can't make a lesson?
No worries at all! We will see you the following week. If you are unable to finish the term please call Royal Life Saving WA on 9383 8200 and speak with someone on the Swim and Survive team, or you can email us at accessandequity@royallifesavingwa.com.au so we can notify the swimming instructors. Please note there are no refunds.
