ENROLMENT ENQUIRIES
Many enquiries for a Swim School can come over the phone. In this case the enquiry can be taken by anyone in the facility. The Customer Service Enquiry Chart assists any staff member to help gather the correct information for placement within the Swim and Survive levels.
This can be used to either organise for the member of the public to come in for an assessment or be passed on to a team member of the Swim School to arrange further details. The form allows correct details to be taken and the first point of contact to be made and some of the initial information around the Swim School to be provided.
